This class is for those with mobility or balance issues.. We incorporate poses that will focus on breath, posture, and flexibility..
We offer several different styles of classes to suit Kids, Tweens and the more advanced Hatha or Power Yoga student. These classes will help you develop more strength, flexibility and personal resilience.
